It was great working with Steve for our window replacement. Being able to get a quote without having someone come over was very convenient. The price we got from Zen Windows was about 20% less than other quotes we got for the same window manufacturer. Steve was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful. If any of you have gotten window quotes, you know that it can be time-consuming and confusing. We got three quotes before getting one from Steve --- and one after, just to convince my husband that Zen and Steve were right for us. We had our new windows installed, including a gorgeous picture window that replaced two double-hung windows at the front of our house, in September 2018 and it was a professional and pain-free experience. Steve and his team were efficient, professional, and and a pleasure to have around. Even the clean up they did was beyond expectations -- other than the beautiful new windows, it was like nothing even happened there. I give them my highest recommendation!

Highly recommend Zen Windows! The process was painless and "no high pressure" at all. Steve Copsey is a great guy to work with, he communicates well and they are there when they say they are going to be there. Steve's installers, Alex and Austin, are very skilled and do a nice job trimming things out to make the windows look great. They are clean, always taking care in your home and at the end of the day, you don't even know they were there! I did a lot of research on replacement windows and installers before I spent our hard earned money and the Sof Lite windows Zen Windows installs are a great looking, quality window and a very good value!

Choosing to go with Zen Windows is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my house! Over a year ago, I received about 6 estimates for windows and was so confused which company to choose until I met Steve from Zen Windows. Listening to pushy salesmen from all the other companies made Zen Windows so refreshing from the very beginning. No sales pitches, no bashing other companies, and no lowering quotes to convince you to sign immediately. Not only was the quote I received from Zen Windows the lowest with a full lifetime warranty included, but I’m convinced that the triple pane windows and sliding glass door I received are the best quality. The whole process was seamless and the crew was so neat and tidy that I couldn’t even tell they’d been to my house each day. Since installation, I’ve had a couple issues with screens, but Steve has already come out to replace them. I highly recommend this company!!

Our porch windows, and a screen door, were replaced by Steve (and his colleague Erik) from Zen in June 2019. Fair price for excellent carpentry and window and door placement. They worked fast, efficiently, and professionally. Steve and Erik trouble-shooted a crooked porch that would have made window and door replacements a bit of a challenge for less experienced people. Steve was responsive to our many questions and he made (and kept) his promised schedule. Steve and Erik are professionals who work thoroughly and with a sense of humor! And they left with NO MESS. Our last experience (with a bathroom contractor) had us cleaning an hour/day after they left. Not so with Zen: at the end of the job, our porch was spotless and the windows and door were beautiful. We didn't know what a barrier our old and inefficient windows were to our enjoying our porch. We sit out there every day now. We highly recommend Steve and Zen.

We shopped around and found Zen to be a great value for the quality installation and windows we received. Replaced 6 windows and it took the crew less than a full day! One window came with a broken lock and it was fixed the very next day. Would highly recommend.

I ordered my windows at the beginning of the pandemic and all went smoothly. We all wore masks and were safe. My windows were installed in one day. 9 double hung and a picture. My house is quieter and warmer.The brickmold transformed the look of my house on the outside. Wish i had done this sooner!

Steve came out to our home and spent considerable time to meet with us to give us all the pertinent information, take accurate measurements, give us different suggestions for our benefit, and allowed for all of our questions and potential concerns. Small company with reasonable prices, great customer service. Steve was both friendly and professional. His workers were efficient and clean. You never would have known we just had 16 new windows installed (in less than 2 days)!! Even the organization of their little dumpster was tidy and efficient. I highly recommend using Zen Windows.

It was easy to work with Zen Windows; I didn't have to sit through hours long presentations on their windows and hear how they are better than everyone else. We love our new windows and the process was effortless.

The whole team was excellent and responsive. The day of our window installation there was going to be rain and we were sent frequent updates when the crew would be able to come out so that we could avoid the rain. 5 windows (and removal of the old windows) were completed the same day on our 3rd level! My experience with Steve and Zen windows was amazing. First, the sales experience was smooth, straight forward, and low pressure. Steve and I found a date and time that worked for the quote, he took measurements, asked about what I wanted for options, and explained their product and process in a straight-forward no nonsense way. I had already received visits and bids from a few other suppliers and this was by far the most enjoyable visit of all. And when the bid came in I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the pricing the best I had seen yet but it was detailed so I knew where the costs were. Every other bid was just an overall number without any explanation. I placed my order and Steve provided an estimate for installation - dependent on how quickly the manufacturer could ship them. That day came sooner than expected and we were able to schedule an install date. The installers showed up on time, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and did a beautiful job making the new windows fit in and blend in with my 90+ year old house. They cleaned up and the only way I knew they had been there is that I now have beautiful new windows that help keep me cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Great job to Steve and his entire team - professionals from start to finish. While I don't plan to replace these anytime soon if I have more to do in the future Steve will be my first call.

After sitting through three 2 hour presentations from other companies I contacted Steve who provided an estimate through a few emails. I chose Zen for 23 replacement windows and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installers were fast and professional. The windows are high quality. They have made my house much more quiet and warm. Steve was a pleasure to work with. I had two minor adjustments made after installment and the follow up service was excellent. Great! One of the doors I ordered kept getting delayed, Steve came up with an alternate solution that saved time and money. The crew, Alex and Austin, arrived on time, were respectful of property (and pets!) and cleaned up when finished. Needed a little more paint on the inside trim and Austin came back and took care of it. We are loving the new doors.
