They cleaned up as promised and addressed all our concerns. I highly recommend Zen Windows. Steve is friendly honest and easy to work with. Description of Work: Full window replacements in most of the house and had the ones not replaced, wrapped do they no longer need painting.

My experience with Zen windows was amazing

My experience with Steve and Zen windows was amazing. First, the sales experience was smooth, straight forward, and low pressure. Steve and I found a date and time that worked for the quote, he took measurements, asked about what I wanted for options, and explained their product and process in a straight-forward no nonsense way. I had already received visits and bids from a few other suppliers and this was by far the most enjoyable visit of all. And when the bid came in I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the pricing the best I had seen yet but it was detailed so I knew where the costs were. Every other bid was just an overall number without any explanation. I placed my order and Steve provided an estimate for installation - dependent on how quickly the manufacturer could ship them. That day came sooner than expected and we were able to schedule an install date. The installers showed up on time, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and did a beautiful job making the new windows fit in and blend in with my 90+ year old house. They cleaned up and the only way I knew they had been there is that I now have beautiful new windows that help keep me cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Great job to Steve and his entire team - professionals from start to finish. While I don't plan to replace these anytime soon if I have more to do in the future Steve will be my first call.
